we'll meet at the venue at 9:00am. with the retreat finishing at 4:00pm. We've planned a truly restorative day. including movement and stretch classes. sculpt sessions. a nutritious breakfast and lunch. sauna and cold plunge experiences. sound baths, guided journaling. and so much more
